These terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern your use of our website www.ventainternational.in (the “Website”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. The Website is operated and owned by VENTA INTERNATIONAL LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the provisions of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and having its registered office at Office no. 229, Satra Plaza, Plot no. 19/20, Sector 19D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400705. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, ”you” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer or customer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as a registered user using any computer systems. The terms “Venta”, “we”, “us” or “our” shall mean VENTA INTERNATIONAL LLP.
Venta enables transactions to buy the Products Listed on the Website (“Website Services”). The buyers (“Buyer/Customer/Client”) can choose and place orders (“Orders”) from variety of products listed and offered for sale and Venta enables delivery of such orders at select localities of serviceable cities across INDIA (“Delivery Services”). The Website Services and Delivery Services are collectively referred to as “Services”.

Venta may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.

We disclaim any and all liability to the Customer for the supply of the Goods and Services to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights as a consumer.
When ordering from Venta, Customers may be required to provide an e-mail address and password. Customers must ensure that they keep the combination of these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party.
When ordering from Venta, Customers will receive confirmation on email or message. Customers are required to check the confirmation carefully and must inform both Venta immediately in case of any discrepancy. It shall be your sole responsibility to bring any incorrect details to our attention.
All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. The Website will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website. You can pay by (i) credit card or debit card or net banking; (ii) any other RBI approved payment method at the time of booking an order. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by Venta is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment on delivery, collection and remittance facility for the transactions on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks.
All discounts, promo codes, cash backs, loyalty discounts and other such benefits, as may be timely applicable, shall be availed on online orders placed on website only.
Any discounts or promotions including referral promotions offered by Venta are in good faith. Any user trying to misuse the offers can be banned or the offer can be revoked at any point, the rights to do so solely rest with Venta.
Venta reserves the right to remove or revoke credit (referral or otherwise) from customer's accounts on identification of misuse, expiration of offer etc.
We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers or those of third parties.
Venta strives to ensure that all information on this website is correct and error free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot warrant that the use of Venta’s Website will be error free or fit for purpose, timely, that all errors will be corrected; or that the site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. We do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to the fitness for purpose, accuracy or reliability.
If the product is fully rugged and we do not guarantee its properties.
Also we do not assure about the packing as the material inside is heavy, sharp hence the packing may get damaged.

You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Website or Venta systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to Venta.

Severability

If any of these Terms of Use should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction where that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining Terms of Use shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable
