This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on the website of Venta International LLP and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation by Customer

1.
Once an order is confirmed, customers are not entitled to cancel the order.
2.
If a cancellation request is made after order confirmation, Venta International LLP reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order at its discretion, and
- Charge a cancellation fee up to 100% of the order value, to compensate for operational, manufacturing, and logistics costs
3.
In such cases, Venta may:
- Decline refund of the order value, or
- Adjust or recover the cancellation amount from any subsequent order, where applicable

Order Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability

In the event that any product in the order is unavailable:

The customer will be informed via phone or email
The customer may choose to cancel the order
A refund, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with this policy

Order Cancellation by Venta International LLP

Venta International LLP reserves the sole right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Delivery address falls outside our serviceable delivery zones
Inability to contact the customer via phone or email for order confirmation
Incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient delivery information
Unavailability of ordered products at the time of processing
Regulatory, operational, or logistical constraints

In such cases, no cancellation fee shall be charged.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders and only under the following conditions:

1.
Venta cancels the order due to:
- Delivery location being non-serviceable
- Failure to contact the customer for confirmation
- Insufficient delivery information
2.
The customer cancels the order at the time of reconfirmation due to unavailability of ordered items

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Venta International LLP and shall be final and binding.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds shall not be issued under the following conditions:

Order cancelled after confirmation
Custom or made-to-order products
Damage to external packaging only
Products damaged during transit
Packaging damage due to heavy, sharp, or industrial materials
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Delays caused by logistical issues or force majeure event

All products supplied are industrial-grade and rugged, and no guarantee is provided for external packaging condition.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source as per the timelines below:

External packaging may be damaged during transit
Such damage does not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund
Customers must ensure product suitability before ordering

FINAL AUTHORITY

Venta International LLP reserves the right to:

Accept or reject any cancellation or refund request
Amend this policy at any time without prior notice

All decisions made by Venta International LLP shall be final and binding.
