Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders placed via the website of Venta International LLP are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Credit verification
  • Successful payment receipt

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by our team. Venta International LLP reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Ready stock products are generally dispatched within 3 business days from order confirmation and payment receipt
  • Dispatch timelines for custom or made-to-order products will be communicated separately
  • Orders do not exclude Sundays and public holidays

Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or logistical reasons.

Delivery Timeline & Coverage

Delivery time depends on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier or transport service availability
  • Whether the delivery falls inside or outside our designated delivery zones

Estimated delivery timelines given via website or shared via communication are approximate and not guaranteed, especially for remote or non-metro locations.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped using third-party courier or transport service providers
  • Shipping mode (courier / transport / freight) is selected based on order size, weight, and destination

Delays Beyond Control

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities or extreme weather
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions
  • Courier or transport service disruptions
  • Operational or logistical constraints

Such delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation.

Packaging & Transportation Damage

Due to the heavy-duty, industrial nature of the products, the following conditions apply to both B2B and B2C orders:

  • Products are manufactured using metal and may have sharp edges or heavy weight
  • External packaging may get damaged during transit
  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for transit-related damage
  • Venta International LLP does not guarantee external packaging condition

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect packages at the time of delivery
  • Check quantity and visible condition before acceptance
  • Report courier damage directly to the delivery service provider

Risk Transfer

Ownership and risk of loss or damage transfer to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier or transporter.

Venta International LLP shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay after dispatch.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details
  • Any additional cost due to incorrect address, re-attempted delivery, or re-routing will be borne by the customer
  • Re-dispatch will be initiated only after confirmation and settlement of additional charges
  • Venta International LLP does not control courier operations and cannot guarantee delivery schedules

B2C-Specific Disclaimer

For individual / retail customers (B2C):

  • Products are supplied as industrial-grade items, not consumer household goods
  • Minor surface marks, finish variations or packaging wear do not qualify as delivery defects, must not major product reliability before placing the order

Heavy Material Handling Warning

Important Safety Notice:

  • Products are heavy and industrial in nature
  • Proper lifting equipment and trained manpower should be used during unloading
  • Venta International LLP is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses during handling after delivery

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Delivery timeline depend on destination country regulations
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control
